📦 What You’ll Do

As our Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our daily business. You will oversee the journey of our smart souvenirs from production to the hands of happy kids.

• Supply Chain & Inventory: Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure we never run out of our best-sellers.
• Vendor Relations: Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our daily workflows and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
• Fulfillment Oversight: Supervise the packaging, shipping, and quality control processes to ensure every Kidelab souvenir meets our high standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product design, marketing, and sales teams to align operational capacity with upcoming product launches.

🎯 Who You Are

• Experienced: You have 4+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or project management (experience in consumer goods, retail, or the toy industry is a huge plus!).
• Detail-Oriented: You live for spreadsheets, timelines, and flawless execution.
• A Problem Solver: When a shipment is delayed or a process breaks down, you stay calm and find a solution fast.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using inventory management software and modern e-commerce platforms.
• A Team Player: You have excellent communication skills and love collaborating with a passionate, creative team.
