Job Description :
As an Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the company’s expansion and operational excellence.
You’ll lead the operations team to ensure all outlets run efficiently, consistently, and deliver the best possible experience to every customer.
Your role is crucial in maintaining high operational standards, optimizing costs, and driving performance across multiple locations. You will also play a key part in new outlet development, ensuring each project meets our quality, timeline, and budget expectations while upholding the brand’s identity and experience standards.
Responsibility :
Ensure all outlets operate smoothly in accordance with company SOPs and standards.
Lead the team in achieving outlet performance targets and executing new branch openings.
Control operational costs, maintenance efficiency, and customer service quality.
Oversee new outlet construction to ensure alignment with budget, timeline, and design quality.
Build a solid monitoring and reporting system for all outlets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational strategies.
Develop and implement an operation excellence framework across all outlets.
Requirement :
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, retail, F&B, hospitality, or multi-outlet industries.
Proven experience leading an operations team.
Strong ability to manage multiple outlets with structured and systematic control.
Excellent skills in planning, budgeting, and problem-solving.
Strong leadership and cross-functional communication abilities.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, ClickUp/Asana, and operational dashboard systems.
