Customer Service & Control Tower (CSCT) Leader
ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead the Customer Service & Vendor Relationship team
Key Responsibilities: Team management, SLA compliance, vendor relationship management, and strategic decision-making to drive operational improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Any major)
Experience: 2+ years in logistics operations, customer service, or vendor management
Leadership: Proven leadership track record (leading 3+ team members OR managing vendors for 1+ years)
Industry: Experience in the logistics/shipping industry is strongly preferred
Hard Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High detail orientation and accuracy in tracking metrics and documentation
Fast system-learning capability (quick to adapt to new platforms/tools)
Soft Skills & Personality:
A natural leader who enjoys developing people
A calm problem-solver (even during crises or vendor disputes)
A vendor-minded professional (understands operational constraints while remaining firm on SLA standards)
An excellent communicator (clear, assertive, and empathetic)
Decisive (makes quick calls and takes accountability)
