Operations Division Internship (Tour, Event, Project Management)
General Requirements:
- Active university students or fresh graduates
- Willing to commit to an internship period of 3 or 6 months (UNPAID)
- Able to stay in Yogyakarta during the internship period
- Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Have a strong willingness to learn and grow
Project Management (PM)
Requirements:
- Final year or fresh graduate from any major (Industrial Engineering, Management, Business, and related fields is a plus)
- Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Understand the concepts of market research, product development, and customer needs analysis
- Ability in process problem solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage data effectively
Jobdesk:
- Assist in preparing detailed itineraries for various tour packages.
- Identify and select suitable vendors for tour needs.
- Coordinate pre-tour preparations, including reservations, transportation, accommodation, and entrance tickets.
- Collect feedback from clients after tours are completed.
- Assist in the execution of tours on-site.
- Ensure all necessary documents are available and complete before departure.
- Serve as a liaison between the company, clients, vendors, and other third parties.
Event Operation (EO)
Requirements:
- Student or fresh graduate from Any Major (Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management Major preferable)
- Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Have a interested in and involved in event logistics, budget planning, and vendor coordinations
- Ability to multitask and work well with a team.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage data effectively
Jobdesk:
- Identify and coordinate with vendors required for events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, transportation, and accommodations.
- Prepare activity schedules and ensure all event elements run according to plan.
- Handle special requests and needs from event participants.
- Oversee the execution of events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Resolve issues that may arise during events in coordination with the Event Manager.
- Prepare post-event evaluation reports and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Tour Operation (TO)
Requirements:
- Student or fresh graduate from Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management Major
- Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Have a interested in planning and management of travel itineraries
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage data effectively
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Willing to join with on site system (Yogyakarta)
- Willing to participate in an internship program for a minimum of 3-6 months
