About the Role
Accountable for comprehensive, robust and effective non-supervisory positions resource allocation of QAS manpower in different business areas. This involves delivering a flexible resource Allocation to the Operational shift management, which aligns available manpower and equipment according to the daily operational roster. The goal is to meet the essential components of the business area operational concept and fulfil the elements of Service Level Agreement.
Operational
Responsible for ensuring that resource allocation for non-supervisory positions and less complex area of ground handling operations resource allocation and below roles is conducted fairly and in accordance with established operational business rules integrated into the Resource Allocation system.
In the designated resource allocation area, confirm the availability of resources for each shift based on system updates and the roster. Monitor the situation to assess task demands and resource availability. Assign all flight-related tasks in accordance with the system, ensuring compliance with business rules and the operational qualifications of staff as defined in the resource allocation system.
About you
High School Qualification with minimum 2 years of job-related experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 1 year of job-related experience
Prior experience in managing operational resource allocation systems, as well as resource management or roster planning function of high-volume staff business areas.
Time resource allocation systems and a high level of proficiency in MS Office.
Strong analytical abilities are required, with the capacity to swiftly adapt to dynamic changes throughout the shift.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively articulate proposed recommendations and adjustments in daily resource allocation of business areas.
Preferred
Familiarity with and expertise in utilizing current resource allocation decision support systems, specifically the Real Time Allocation system, is preferred.
