Job description for Operations Compliance Officer (OCO) at Miss Fish Bali
Miss Fish Bali is looking for an Operations Compliance Officer (OCO) to enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments. The OCO will monitor daily operations, conduct audits, investigate compliance breaches, and report directly to top management to ensure impartiality and prevent conflicts of interest.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct daily floor monitoring to ensure SOP adherence.
✔ Perform random spot checks on hygiene, safety, cash handling, and security.
✔ Report violations and recommend corrective actions.
✔ Investigate compliance breaches and propose solutions.
✔ Support SOP development and training for staff.
✔ Assess operational risks and implement preventative measures.
✔ Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ 2-3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or operations oversight (preferably in hospitality).
✅ Strong knowledge of SOP frameworks, risk management, and local regulations.
✅ Excellent analytical, observational, and communication skills.
✅ High integrity, professionalism, and impartiality.
