Job description for Operations Analyst at Indo4ward
Job Description (but not limited to)
- Manage orders from start to end process
- Respond to customers' messages and reach out to customers when needed to clarify on orders
- Conduct audits on orders fulfilled by vendors and ensure all checks and balances are positive
- Communicate with multiple vendors on operational needs to ensure smooth operational flow
- Process necessary order returns to individual sellers based on operational requirements
Requirement
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiar with the use of Google suites tools
- Familiar with all Indonesia Marketplace and their terms
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Bonus if you worked in a customer service line and any other e-commerce businesses
Working Committments
- Working days are from Monday to Saturday
