Operational Staff

Job Qualifications:

Education:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Previous experience in an operational or customer service role, preferably in the rental or transportation industry.

• Experience in handling inventory, maintenance schedules, and rental systems is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Knowledge of motorcycle maintenance and basic repairs is highly desirable.

• Proficient in using computer systems and rental management software.

• Ability to manage rental transactions, including contracts, payments, and returns.

• Attention to detail in handling vehicle inspections, paperwork, and customer interactions.

Personal Traits:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team and customers.

• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure, especially during peak rental periods.

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic.

High level of professionalism and customer-oriented attitude.

Other Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license (preferably a motorcycle license) is required.

• Basic knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.

• Physical fitness to conduct motorcycle inspections, maintenance checks, and other operational tasks.
