Job description for Operational Risk Manager at OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia
Job Description :
- Develop and update ORM policies and guidelines in line with best practices.
- Coordinate the operational risk management process across department
- Support Risk Owners/Business Units in identifying key risks, controls, and mitigations plans.
- Analyze KRI trends and assess the effectiveness of existing risk controls.
- Conduct root cause analysis of risk events and recommend contril improvement.
- Monitor action plans for medium and high residual risks.
- Conduct regular risk awareness communication to employees.
- Prepare and submit Financial Conglomeration reports to Holding Company
- Prepare the monthly Teams of Reference (TOR) report.
- Maintain and update the Company Risk Register, including RCSA and KRI reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Must hold a valid WPPE license issued by OJK.
- Preferably has min 3 years of experience as an Operational Risk Management Manager.
- Fast learner with strong analytical skill.
- Familiar with Indonesian Capital market ruler and regulations.
