Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, or related roles within the financial services industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Support the implementation of the Operational Risk & Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
Assist in risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting activities.
Prepare risk reports for internal management, Bank Mandiri Group, and OJK.
Support incident management and operational loss event (OLI) monitoring.
Assist in maintaining risk governance, policies, and risk registers.
Support regulatory reporting and compliance activities.
Contribute to system enhancement and automation initiatives to improve risk management processes.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective risk management implementation.
