As Operational Manager, you will help lead our team by fostering a positive environment, leading groups, and cross-departmental problem-solving. As a cafe and wellness space, hospitality is essential, and chatting with customers in English will be a regular part of the job. Our team primarily consists of local Balinese staff, so experience with the Balinese language is also a major bonus. An Operational Manager will also assist with inventory management, become integrated with our kitchen team, provide sales reports, and become familiar with each step of the Joyously Raw process. In summary, we are looking for someone to step into our team and lead by example with both care and humility.
Notes: As mentioned above, Bahasa English skills are mandatory for this position. We also ask that you provide 2 references during the application process.

Team Leadership:
* Supervise and support the front-of-house team during daily operations.
* Lead by example and maintain a positive working environment.
* Assist with staff training, coaching, and daily communication.
Operations:
* Coordinate with different teams
* Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and café standards throughout each shift.
* Complete opening and closing procedures.
* Assist with inventory management and operational checklists.
* Ensure company policies and service standards are consistently followed.
* Help us create, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures.
Problem Solving:
* Identify operational issues before they become larger problems.
* Make confident decisions during busy service periods.
* Help improve daily systems and workflows where appropriate.
* Boost Sales and Revenue
Guest Experience:
* Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
* Ensure every guest receives attentive, friendly service.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
