Job description for Operational Manager at ONNI House
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Operational Manager in the F&B industry; experience handling multi-outlet operations is preferred
- Strong leadership and multi-tasking management skills
- Strong understanding of sales growth strategies, budgeting, costing, and inventory control
- Target-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Able to work both strategically and hands-on
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure optimal daily operations across 2 outlets
- Monitor and control sales performance, profitability, and cost efficiency at each outlet
- Set targets, monitor KPIs, and evaluate outlet team performance
- Coach and develop Restaurant Managers / Supervisors at each outlet
- Maintain service excellence standards and ONNI brand consistency
- Handle escalated complaints and resolve operational issues effectively
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and HR teams to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
