Job description for Operational Manager at GELORA SPORT INDONESIA
- Develop operational strategies for the growth of the sports hub.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sports hub.
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure SOPs are implemented effectively.
- Monitor and control daily sports hub operations, including field facilities, offices, inventory, and restaurants/bars.
- Create event plans and promotions for the sports hub.
- Create weekly and monthly reports on sports hub operations, including field rental data, restaurant/bar sales data, facility maintenance and repairs, team discipline and performance, feedback and improvement plans, events, and obstacles.
- Create, monitor, control, and report on operational department budgets.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and customers
