Job description for Operational Manager at Sehela Kopi
We're hiring an Operational Manager to run the daily operations of our coffee shop in Pondok Labu and Cilandak
You'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Managing, training, scheduling, and recruiting (when needed) bar, kitchen, and cleaning service staff
- Controlling inventory and operational costs
- Ensuring service and product quality standards
- Preparing sales and operational reports for management
We're looking for someone who has:
- 2–3 years of F&B operations management experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Financial literacy (cost control, budgeting, P&L basics)
- Experience in a café/coffee shop setting (a plus)
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
