OPERATIONAL MANAGER
📍 Location: Parklife Bali – Canggu
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee daily operations in all department.
2. Lead, develop, and evaluate the team to ensure service standards and company targets are consistently achieved.
3. Develop strategies to increase revenue, control operational costs, improve service quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure all operations comply with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and child safety requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Operational Manager, General Manager, or in a similar leadership role within hospitality, family recreation, kids’ clubs, restaurants, or lifestyle venues.
2. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
3. Good understanding of operational management, budgeting, cost control, revenue targets, KPIs, and team development.
4. Fluent in spoken and written English, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and highly committed to children’s safety and family comfort.
