Job description for Operational Manager (Production-Based Role) at Guava Film
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to help manage production workflows, coordinate internal teams, and support the studio’s operational efficiency.
Job Description
- Oversee the studio’s daily operational workflow
- Coordinate production schedules, timelines, and internal communication
- Ensure smooth collaboration between creative, visual, and audio teams
- Monitor project progress, deliverables, and production quality
- Help manage production priorities and resource allocation
- Work closely with Creative Producer, Producer, directors, Business Manager
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and improve operational systems
- Maintain healthy communication across departments during production
Requirements:
- Background in production, producing, production coordination, or operational management
- Strong understanding of creative production pipelines
- Understands the general technical workflow of:
1. Visual production
2. Animation pipeline
3. Editing & post-production
4. Audio workflow & delivery
5. AI Workflow
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiar with production management tools (Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Professional English is a plus
