Qualifications for Operational Manager :
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1)
- Experience in implementing efficient and effective operational processes and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Previous experience in a similar role within FMCG product distribution is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Persistent, integrity, and committed to excellence
- Comfortable working under pressure and meet the target
