Job description for Operational Manager (Mandarin Speaker) at XDOF Indonesia

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our AI Data Collection. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy optimizing processes, and have a proven track record of leading teams to achieve operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Data Annotation and AI Data Collection Auditor teams.

- Monitor operational performance and ensure project targets, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved.

- Develop and improve operational processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Analyze operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports.

- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.

- Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions to maintain service quality.

Qualification:

- Fluent in both spoken and written English is required.

- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking partners and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in BPO, AI Data Collection, Data Annotation, Content Moderation, or a related industry.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
