Premier Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operational Manager to oversee the daily operations of our F&B Catering business. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient catering operations, maintaining food quality and service standards, managing operational teams, and ensuring every event and catering service is delivered professionally and on schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in catering, banquet, events, or food service.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising operational teams.
• Strong understanding of catering operations, food production, service flow, and event execution.
• Experience in planning and coordinating catering operations from preparation to service and post-event activities.
• Strong knowledge of food quality, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events, priorities, and deadlines.
• Able to monitor operational costs, inventory, manpower, and resource utilization effectively.
• Professional, responsible, detail-oriented, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and extended hours depending on event schedules.
