Operations Manager — The Green Collective (Pererenan, Bali)
The Green Collective is a premium healthy grab-and-go brand in Pererenan, Bali — part of a growing F&B group that also runs fr-anz (specialty coffee, matcha & cinnamon rolls) from a shared central production kitchen.
The kitchen and store are built and ready. Now we're launching — and want someone there from day one to build the operational backbone.
THE ROLE
A build-the-system job, not a run-the-existing-system one. You'll turn a working kitchen into a documented, scalable operation that becomes the blueprint.
You're the link between the kitchen and the shops. The kitchen runs under its own lead; the shops sell independently. You make sure the whole system works between them — flow, stock, timing, standards. You report directly to the owner, who's based overseas, so you work with real autonomy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and document SOPs for every product, prep flow, and station
- Own our POS / recipe & ingredient module as the single source of truth (costing, stock, portioning)
- Build the kitchen-to-store replenishment system
- Define roles, shifts, and production schedules
WHO YOU ARE
- You think in processes and checklists — an undocumented workflow drives you crazy
- Hands-on F&B ops experience, ideally in a production/ghost kitchen or multi-outlet setup
- Comfortable coordinating across teams and reporting to a remote owner without hand-holding
- Fluent with POS, recipe/costing, and inventory tools
- You've built operational systems before — not just run them
