Job description for Operational Manager Cluster Villa at Bohemian Jogja Villas
We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager Villas to join our team at CV BOHEMIAN JOGJA VILLAS GROUP in Yogyakarta Special Region. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of our luxury villa resort. As the Operational Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and that our business continues to thrive.
What you'll be doing:
* Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the cluster Villas
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of villa operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
* Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of the villa staff
* Manage the villa's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as travel agents, tour operators, and local authorities
* Continuously monitor and adapt the villa's offerings to meet changing market demands and guest expectations
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Hotel Manager or senior leadership role within the hospitality industry
* Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of a luxury villa or resort operation
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Strong financial management and budgeting experience
* Proficient in using relevant hospitality management software and tools
* Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
