Job Description:
- Lead and supervise frontliner teams in delivering excellent service to guests.
- Ensure effective and standardized guest welcoming, seating arrangements, and event information delivery.
- Oversee and ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the entire event.
- Manage visitor flow before, during, and after events to maintain smooth operations and prevent congestion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, security, and event teams) to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
- Handle escalations, guest concerns, and complaints in a prompt, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular briefings, direction, and evaluations.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with SOPs, service standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred for leadership roles).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in guest service, ushering, greeter roles, or event operations (leadership experience is a plus).
- Background in customer service or event management is an advantage.
- Able to remain calm, professional, and composed in crowded or high-pressure situations.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills; polite and able to interact with diverse guests.
- Demonstrates good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Basic English communication skills (able to understand and respond to simple guest inquiries).
