Job description for Operational Building Staff at PT. ASABA DIGITAL INNOTECH

Requirement:

1. Laki-laki, maksimal berusia 35 tahun.

2. Lulusan S1 Jurusan Terknik Elektro

3. Menguasai listrik, genset, panel, AC, pompa air, dan sebagainya.

4. Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi yang sama

5. Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai teknisi di gedung bertingkat.

6. Bersedia kerja shift (2 shift)

7. Bersedia untuk menjalankan jadwal kerja dengan sistem off.

8. Diutamakan yang bertempat tinggal di wilayah Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Job Description:

1. Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan instalasi listrik, genset, dan panel.

2. Melakukan proses troubleshooting dan perbaikan electrical dengan baik.

3. Mengorganisir serta menjadwalkan perbaikan dan pemeliharaan rutin.

4. Melakukan analisa penyebab terjadinya kerusakan dan melakukan tindakan pencegahan.

5. Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan AC dan pompa air,

6. Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan gedung.
