Job description for Operational Admin at Spacious Bali Villa Management
Position Overview
The Operational Administrator will oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate operations, and ensure the smooth running of our villas' management. You’ll be working closely with our villa managers and support teams to maintain top-notch service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping to ensure smooth operations
- Track and replenish villa supplies and amenities
- Assist with guest inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Generate operational reports and provide updates to the management team
- Maintain guest report records and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Work closely with the villa management team to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
- Min Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Administration or related field is preferred
- Proven experience in hospitality administration
- Good communication skills, discipline, and time management
- Pay attention to detail
- Thinking positively, proactively, highly motivated, and highly enthusiasm for learning something new
- Can operate Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
