Job Description:
- Coordinate daily tours, drivers, guides, and suppliers.
- Prepare and monitor guest operational schedules.
- Ensure all services run smoothly and on time.
- Handle last-minute changes and guest requests.
- Coordinate with Reservations and other teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience in tour & travel operations.
- Good knowledge of Bali destinations and activities.
- Good English and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to use WhatsApp, email, and Google Workspace.
- Flexible with operational working hours.
