Job Summary
The Reservations & Operations Staff will be responsible for managing tour bookings, coordinating itineraries, and overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth, high-quality travel experiences for clients. This role requires close coordination with hotels, transportation providers, tour guides, and local partners, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage tour bookings and reservations accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare, update, and monitor client itineraries from confirmation through completion of trips
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure all logistics run smoothly
- Liaise with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and other local partners to confirm arrangements and resolve issues
- Monitor ongoing trips and respond promptly to any operational issues or client concerns
- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the client's travel experience
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and partner communications
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major; background in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration is an advantage
- Prior experience in travel operations, reservations, or tour coordination is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using booking/reservation systems
- A team player with a proactive, service-oriented attitude
