Job description for Operation Support at Batik Wolter
Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date packaging inventory data to support daily operational needs.
- Conduct regular stock opname (packaging inventory checks) to ensure that physical stock matches the system and address any differences promptly.
- Handle the procurement process for packaging inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels are always available.
- Perform thorough quality control checks on all packaging inventory to maintain product standards.
- Manage GoPay and OVO balances to support smooth and timely shipment transactions.
- Oversee and handle shipments to external parties (such as clients and vendors) as well as internal distributions between branches and divisions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate and manage transportation logistics for the operational team.
- Organize, update, and maintain Batik collection data systematically for easy tracking and operational use.
- Assist and participate in activities that support the business operations and overall development of Batik Wolter.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital savvy, confident in using a variety of digital tools and quick to adapt to new technologies to support dynamic operational needs.
