Role Description

Operation Support Intern is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within the company’s databases and systems. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all data is entered with precision and integrity, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization.

Responsibilities

  1. Data Input and Management: Accurately enter and update data into databases from spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  2. Quality Assurance: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness; identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of data entry activities, including tracking changes and updates.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather necessary information and resolve any data-related issues.
  5. Reporting: Generate reports as required.
  6. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
  7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving data entry processes and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

Must have

  1. Must have at least 1 year of experience in data entry or administration jobs.
  2. Basic or Intermediate skill of Excel/Spreadsheet
  3. Meticulous in work.
  4. Strong focus on achieving goals and high self-motivation.
  5. A doer, not a talker
  6. Own a Laptop.

Nice to have

  1. Ability to speak and write fluently in English.
