Job description for Operation Supervisor at BnBali Villa Management
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor or Leader in villa management, luxury hospitality, or property management.
- Strong knowledge of daily villa operations, housekeeping standards, and property readiness/inspection protocols.
- Proven ability to manage and follow up on building maintenance, including working closely with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) supervisors and external contractors/vendors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently and ensure strict SOP implementation and compliance.
- Exceptional communication and guest-handling skills to address guest and owner on-site requests, complaints, and decision-making within company standards.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of monitoring team performance and coordinating cross-functional operational teams.
