We are seeking an Operations Staff member to manage and execute the company's daily technical and administrative activities, ensuring workflows are smooth, efficient, and compliant with established standards. You will be expected to be present on-site when required.
Operations Staff Duties
Daily Management & Coordination:
• Execute daily operational tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Act as a liaison between departments and external parties/vendors.
• Assist in coordinating daily activities or projects, whether in the office or in the field.
Administration & Documentation:
• Create, manage, and organize operational documents (delivery notes, daily/weekly/monthly reports, data archives, meeting minutes).
• Assist with administrative record-keeping, such as attendance tracking, when necessary.
• Input data into company systems (e.g., computers or ERP/WMS software).
Inventory & Logistics Management:
• Monitor, record, and check stock levels of goods, materials, or office inventory (stationery, work equipment).
• Assist in fulfilling procurement needs for goods or supporting materials.
Quality Control & Problem Solving:
• Perform quality checks on products or services before delivery to customers.
• Address daily operational issues arising in the field or office (e.g., facility problems, equipment malfunctions, or basic complaints).
• Ensure all activities comply with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
