Job description for OPERATION SPV PANEL MAKER at PT Etrama Nusa Energi
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or related fields (having experience min. 2 years as QC in electrical panel manufacture is a plus).
- Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical panels, assembly, wiring, testing (FAT), and production workflow.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively and work under project deadlines and production targets.
- Familiar with production planning, cost control, quality management, and occupational safety (K3).
Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and control the entire panel production process, including assembly, wiring, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and delivery.
- Coordinate and manage production teams, technicians, and helpers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure all production activities comply with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor the utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower while coordinating with Procurement, Project, and Quality Control teams to ensure efficient operations and on-time project completion.
- Identify and resolve operational issues while implementing corrective actions, improving production performance, and controlling operational costs in line with the project budget.
