Job Description:
- Visit outlets regularly to ensure daily operations follow SOPs and meet performance standards.
- Support and monitor outlet sales performance and assist teams in achieving their targets.
- Ensure all store needs (stock, equipment, staffing) are fulfilled and well-managed.
- Identify and solve operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Compile regular reports on outlet performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Help improve customer experience by tracking foot traffic and conversion.
