Operations Scheduler for PT Tata Bumi Khatulistiwa
📍 Placement: South Kalimantan
🔄 Work System: Roster (8:2) 8 minggu - 2 minggu off
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and optimize STS/transshipment operational schedules.
- Monitor vessel movements, cargo readiness, fleet availability, and equipment utilization.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor operational KPIs, minimize delays and demurrage risks, and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Nautical Studies, Marine Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coal STS/transshipment in an equivalent role.
- Strong understanding of operational planning, marine logistics, and fleet scheduling.
- Familiar with AIS monitoring, marine traffic, dispatch systems, and ERP/logistics software.
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan under a roster work system.
