Job description for Operation Manager at Murex Resort Manado
Murex Resorts is looking for a hands-on hospitality leader to oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Ground operations across our two resorts. The role is responsible for maintaining excellent guest experiences, consistent operating standards, effective teamwork, and smooth coordination between departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Ground
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure timely departmental follow-up
• Coach employees and strengthen team performance
• Conduct operational inspections and implement improvements
• Coordinate effectively between Kalasey and Bangka
