OPERATION MANAGER
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead the opening and daily operations of a new properrty in Berawa,Canggu consisting of 21 keys of Studio Room and Lofts.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand and play a key role in establishing its operational standards, guest experience, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-opening preparations, including recruitment, SOP development, and operational setup.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Services).
- Ensure service excellence and consistency across all units.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to build a motivated, high-performing team.
- Monitor property upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance schedules.
- Manage cost control, procurement, and inventory systems.
- Implement operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with management and marketing teams to achieve performance and financial goals.
- Handle guest relations, feedback, and service recovery to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry (villa, resort, or serviced apartment).
- Previous experience in pre-opening or new property setup is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of English (both spoken and written); Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus.
- Hands-on, proactive, and committed to operational excellence.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality systems.
