Job description for Operation Manager at CONGCAPHE INDONESIA
We are Chong Chape, a coffee shop brand from Vietnam.
As part of our expansion in Indonesia, we are excited to announce the upcoming opening of our new store at Gandaria City, Jakarta. (Soon)
Requirement :
- Min. 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management. Experience managing multiple branches is preferred.
- Min. education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to lead, guide, and develop team members through training sessions, and evaluations to improve team performance.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond changing operational requirements.
- Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store operations and sales to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and coffee product quality control is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Work Location: Jakarta with willingness to travel
