Responsibilities
- Developed the order delivery warehouse management system, and carried out the corresponding publicity and supervision of implementation;
- Review inventory stock and Purchase Order;
- Supervise/monitor the delivery time and delivery quality, supervise various problems in the delivery process, and coordinate the timely handling of anomalies;
- Conduct daily communication with Sales Managers and provide daily business assistance
- Make storage planning according to the company's sales tasks and regional sales situation;
- Supervision/monitoring and provide training guidance of all warehouse accounts matching, first-in-first-out;
- Reasonable integration of routes ensures delivery while controlling logistics costs. Follow up logistics transportation time and coordinate with logistics delivery issues;
- Monitor the number and date of stock batteries, reduce overdue stock, and improve inventory turnover;
- Warehouse safety management
- To formulate the plan of the CPI After Sales Market Service System and related Policies;
- Guide and train sub-warehouse, business manager and customer after-sales professional skills;
- Feedback market quality problem and after-sales information, follow up quality problem handling and improvement;
- Order service department staff daily work assessment, work coordination, work content allocation and adjustment
- Sorted out the internal work process, communicated and coordinated the work of various internal positions, dealt with anomalies and solved problems in the process, and straightened out the thinking in the follow-up work to avoid problems
- Sales Manager receives orders uniformly, evaluates and reviews whether they meet the acceptance conditions and assigns merchandisers to follow up;
- Review the manufacturing review sheet and accounting contact sheet issued by merchandiser to ensure timely accuracy;
- Monitor all shipping groups and assist merchandiser/logistics specialist in handling anomalies during delivery and delivery;
- Review the relevant costs in order operation (port charges, sea freight, insurance, express charges, etc;
- To supervise the design and production of promotional materials; Audit of advertising promotion costs;
- Organize export and related exhibition subsidy data collection, declaration and fund recovery;
- Maintain relations with government regulatory authorities related to international business (including commodity inspection Bureau, Customs, Commerce Bureau, Sinosure, etc.)
- Review performance with key subordinates; Encourage and coach improvement measures;
- Staff training, help employees improve their abilities, and ensure the construction of talent echelons in key positions;
- Responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the implementation of team building activities, strengthening communication and enhancing team cohesion;
- Set-up department work plan and supervise the implementation, improve staff business ability and build excellent team building;
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 to 6 years working in a similar operational, logistics, or supply chain environment
- Have knowledge at automotive
- Deep understanding of clearing, forwarding, and cargo logistics processes
- Proven connections and working relationships with statutory and regulatory bodies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and team communication abilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to travel across Indonesia
- Have good communication in English (preferably), Chinese (Must Min. HSKK3)
- Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
