OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Embun Natural is a growing natural body care brand in Bali, operating multiple retail stores and its own manufacturing facility.
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on Operational Manager to oversee our retail and factory operations, ensure smooth daily business activities, and improve operational efficiency as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
### 1. Retail Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of all retail stores, ensuring smooth operations and consistent implementation of company SOPs.
- Monitor store sales performance, staff productivity, customer service, and achievement of operational targets.
- Ensure proper stock availability, store standards, cleanliness, and staff discipline.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance and resolve operational issues.
### 2. Factory & Manufacturing Operations
- Coordinate daily factory operations and production planning to meet stock requirements and customer orders.
- Monitor production schedules, raw material availability, finished goods, and production output.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflows and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor material usage, wastage, and production issues to improve efficiency and maintain product quality standards.
### 3. Inventory, Purchasing & Order Fulfillment
- Oversee inventory accuracy across the factory, warehouse, and retail stores.
- Coordinate stock opname, restocking, purchasing, and supplier follow-ups.
- Ensure B2B orders from resellers, wholesalers, hotels, and villas are processed and delivered on time.
- Monitor sales orders, stock movements, and operational records to minimize errors and delays.
### 4. Reporting & Team Coordination
- Prepare and review regular reports on sales, inventory, production, and operational performance.
- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions to improve productivity and control costs.
- Coordinate teams across retail, production, warehouse, and administration.
- Ensure staff follow company SOPs, work schedules, and assigned responsibilities.
## Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, retail management, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Experience supervising teams and coordinating daily business operations.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze operational data.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and take ownership of operational issues.
- Willing to work on-site in Pecatu, South Bali, and travel regularly to our retail stores across Bali.
- Must have a personal vehicle.
**Preferred:** Experience in cosmetics, body care, FMCG, or a business combining manufacturing and retail.
