Job description for Operation Manager Central Kitchen at OSACI

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
- Lead and oversee Central Kitchen operations to ensure production targets and order fulfillment are achieved.
- Ensure product quality and food safety comply with applicable standards.
- Manage raw material inventory, stock accuracy, production waste, and operating costs.
- Oversee supply chain and distribution to ensure raw material availability and on-time delivery.
- Lead the operations team, set performance targets, and evaluate team performance regularly.
- Prepare and monitor production, inventory, quality, and operational efficiency reports.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, Production Manager, Central Kitchen Manager, or in a similar role.
- Experience in food production, bakery, food manufacturing, or central kitchen operations. Experience managing high-volume production or supplying multiple outlets is preferred.
- Good understanding of production processes, demand planning, procurement, warehousing, quality control, and distribution.
- Knowledge of GMP, food sanitation, FIFO/FEFO, and basic HACCP principles.
- Ability to manage production reports, stock control, and inventory systems.
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and cost-control skills.
