operation logistics intern

Job Descriptions:

• Handle daily logistics administration and documentation

• Prepare and manage delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents

• Monitor inventory data and update stock records regularly

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transporters for deliveries

• Track shipment status and follow up on delays or issues

• Support warehouse and logistics operations as needed

• Prepare basic logistics and inventory reports

Job Requirements:

1. Active university student (minimum 6th semester) majoring in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.
2. Available to participate in the internship program for the designated period.
3. Basic understanding of logistics operations, warehouse management, and distribution processes.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace.
5. Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills.
6. Good communication and coordination skills.
7. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
8. Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Willing to be assigned to the company's operational location as required.
