Job description for Operation Excellence at PT Serikat Hantar Ekspedisi

A. Monitoring Supervision & Operational Control

- Supervise shipment monitoring team during assigned shift

- Ensure real-time visibility of all active shipments

- Monitor SLA compliance and escalation accuracy

- Review and validate delay classification

- Ensure proper shift handover and case continuity

- Handle major operational escalations

- Prepare daily monitoring performance reports

B. Operational Performance Analysis

- Analyze shipment performance trends (delay %, SLA compliance)

- Identify recurring operational issues

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

- Recommend corrective and preventive actions

- Monitor implementation of improvement initiatives

C. Cost Efficiency & Control

- Analyze transportation cost per shipment / route / Unit type

- Monitor budget vs actual cost variance

- Identify cost leakage (detention, overtime, empty mileage)

- Evaluate cost efficiency per fleet unit

- Propose cost-saving initiatives

- Support operational margin improvement

D. Fleet Utilization & Asset Productivity

- Monitor fleet utilization rate

- Analyze idle time and empty return percentage

- Evaluate route optimization opportunities

- Track productivity metrics (trips per vehicle, revenue per vehicle)

- Recommend strategies to improve asset efficiency

E. Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization

- Review and update operational SOPs

- Develop dashboards and performance tracking tools

- Lead improvement projects (cost reduction, SLA improvement)

- Support automation and system enhancement initiatives
