BelajarGPT also provides corporate training for AI usage and consulting services for corporations.

Role Description

We’re looking for a cheerful, organized, and tech-savvy Operations Associate to support daily content and backend operations across our two platforms:

- YouTube (70K+ subs) — educational content on marketing, AI, and productivity

- BelajarGPT — a growing learning platform for AI and ChatGPT skills

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being a reliable right-hand person, helping bring structure to creative chaos, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

You’ll help manage and execute day-to-day tasks such as:

- Organizing and scheduling YouTube content (publishing, keyword tagging, etc.)

- Supporting BelajarGPT content uploads (tutorials, events, and workshop logistics)

- Maintaining Notion boards, databases, and checklists

- Assisting with simple customer support or community-related questions

- Coordinating timelines and reminders (e.g., when a video draft is due, or when to promote an event)

- Using ChatGPT to help with summarizing notes, drafting descriptions, or doing light research

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is fluent in ChatGPT (must know how to use it well)

- Is organized, fast, and responsive

- Can write clearly in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English

- Is familiar with Notion, Google Sheets, and social platforms (YouTube Studio a bonus)

- Has a cheerful attitude and good vibes — we’re building something fun and helpful

Nice to have

- Experience with online course platforms, Discord/Telegram community tools, or content repurposing

- Interest in marketing, AI tools, or education (this is not nice but important)
