Job description for Operation Assistant for Online Channel at PT Bali Moda Busana
Position : Operation Assistant for Online Channel (B2C Sales)
Placement : WFO - Pererenan
Contract : 3 - 6 months, replacement for a employees on maternity leave
Job Requirements :
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Proficient knowledge of computer applications especially Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with email applications Outlook
- Familiar with Shopify and DEAR (Cin7 Core)
Job Description :
- Order preparation for all fulfillment locations
- Export document preparation
- Coordination for picking, packing and shipping
- Daily check email updates from SFI, OIA and Sauerbrei (e.g. out of stock, partial shipment)
