Job description for Operation & Logistic at Panorama Destination
Job Descriptions :
- Update and monitor all operational movements related to market entry.
- Responsible for any minor errors and coordinate with Travel Design team regarding their bookings.
- Update and verify upcoming operational movements for the next 2 weeks period.
- Ensure that all pickup reminders are sent and received by clients..
- Submit tour cost funds to the accounting department.
- Receive requests and complaints reported by clients.
- Analyze team members' skills and clear job descriptions and expectations for each role.
Job Requirement :
- Minimum education Bachelor Degree in Management Operation / Tourism.
- Work Experience as an operational inbound travel agency or similiar field at least 1-2 years.
- Proficient in negotiation and data entry.
- Proficient in using excel.
(salary start from UMP Bali, negotiable salary depend on your experiences)
