Operasional

岗位职责：

1、关注和掌握目前 影、视、剧、动漫 、卡通等播放潮流和热度趋势信息，热门明星动向以及个人相关联作品。

2、需要掌握一定的PS技巧和数据分析能力，结合数据 分析用户的喜好进行内容定位。

3、根据用户群体的观影表现和市场的预告信息，抓紧潮流热度动向，能将已有内容作出符合趋势的推荐，为用户安排观影计划

4、处理关于播放节目的质量问题，处理和排除客诉反馈故障和需求内容

岗位要求：

1、对影视内容兴趣浓厚，有一定的阅片量和主演角色识别度。

2、会西班牙语者优先

3、有相关内容运营经验，熟练掌握PS等视频与图片编辑软件。

4、此岗位需要用汉语或者英语进行沟通

Job Responsibilities

1.Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends and popularity across movies, TV shows, dramas, anime, and cartoons; track trending celebrities and their related filmographies/works.

2.Content Positioning: Utilize Photoshop skills and data analysis to identify user preferences and define content positioning based on performance metrics.

3.Content Recommendation: Monitor audience viewing habits and market trailers/previews to capture trending topics; curate existing content into timely recommendations and create viewing schedules for users.

4.Quality Control & Support: Address technical issues related to program playback and resolve customer complaints regarding content errors or specific content requests.

Job Requirements

1.Content Passion: A strong interest in film and television with a significant "viewing volume" and the ability to easily identify lead actors/actresses.

2.Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.

3.Technical Expertise: Relevant experience in content operations; proficiency in Photoshop and other video/image editing software.

4.Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese and English.
