Job description for Online Sales Manager at CRSL
CRSL mencari Sales Manager yang memiliki orientasi kuat terhadap pertumbuhan bisnis, customer experience, dan pencapaian target. Posisi ini akan memimpin strategi penjualan untuk mengoptimalkan performa setiap sales channel, meningkatkan revenue, serta memastikan pengalaman customer yang konsisten dengan karakter brand CRSL.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Set clear KPIs, sales targets, and growth objectives
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients & partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion channels
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports
- Ensure pipeline management and CRM discipline within the team
- Drive team motivation, culture, and accountability
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data
- Experience managing online sales channels and proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools
- Experience managing B2B/B2C sales
- Familiar with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
