JOB DESCRIPTION :
-Melayani setiap pertanyaan dan kebutuhan return & refund customer pada platform Shopee, Qiscus, WA Business, dan Tokopedia
-Membuat laporan kegiatan CS
-Melakukan kegiatan CRM pada seluruh online platform
-Memastikan setiap produk yang terupload sudah benar dan jelas
-Bertanggungjawab atas seluruh keigatan operasional pada platform shopee
-Mendukung aktivitas live streaming
-Kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam melakukan akitvitas online sales sesuai dengan timeline
REQUIREMENTS :
-Pendidikan min SMA/SMK sederajat
-Memiliki pengalaman min 1 tahun sebagai customer service di platform Shopee & Tokopedia
-Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
-Menguasai Google Workspace & Ms Office
-Bersedia freelance selama 4 bulan
