Job Summary
Administrative Officer provides administrative and operational support to the Design Department and assists with online sales operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to handle customer communication across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Operations Support (Back-Up Role)
- Handle consignment administration
- Prepare and manage invoices, transfer slips, and delivery notes
- Upload and verify sales documents (invoice, transfer slip, delivery note)
- Respond to customer inquiries from Shopify and Instagram
- Handle order-related WhatsApp communication with online customers
- Prepare and process online orders from:
- Shopify
- Shopee
- Tokopedia
- Check and confirm shipping rates before order dispatch
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
- Must adhere to the company’s appearance and grooming standards, ensuring a clean, polished, and brand-aligned presentation at all times
- Previous experience in administration, e-commerce, or operations is an advantage
- Familiar with Shopify, Shopee, Tokopedia, and WhatsApp Business
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Able to multitask and work with deadlines
- Good written communication skills in English
