PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Offshore Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, creating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Content creation and campaign management
• Social media and community engagement
• Campaign execution and event coordination
• Reporting and KPI monitoring
• Marketing platform management
ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or content-focused roles
• Strong written and verbal English communication is mandatory
• Confidence communicating with Australian clients and stakeholders
• Willingness to work Australian business hours and Australian public holiday schedules where required
• Strong organisational, reporting, and multitasking skills
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
• Demonstrated experience and/or certification in CRM systems or AI-powered marketing tools is highly preferred
• Experience with Canva or design platforms
• Experience with paid ads and campaign management
• Experience with lead generation and community engagement
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
• Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete an online monitored assessment as part of the recruitment process
• The assessment may take up to 1 hour and is mandatory before progressing to the final interview stage
