Our client is a values-driven Australian service provider operating within the disability support and community services sector.
Working Hours: Must be available to work in line with Australian business hours and support Australian public holiday scheduling where required
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This role provides high-level administrative, onboarding, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and business development support while ensuring smooth participant onboarding and strong stakeholder engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participant onboarding and documentation management
• CRM data entry and database integrity
• Calendar coordination and stakeholder engagement
• LinkedIn and networking support
• Process improvement and workflow optimisation
ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, sales support, marketing, or administration
• Strong written and verbal English communication is mandatory
• Comfortable communicating professionally with Australian clients and stakeholders
• Willingness to work Australian business hours and Australian public holiday schedules where required
• Strong organisational and independent working skills
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
• Demonstrated experience and/or certification in CRM systems such as HubSpot is highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience and/or certification in AI tools for lead generation, sales, marketing, or workflow automation is highly preferred
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• The assessment may take up to 1 hour and is mandatory before progressing to the final interview stage
